Is the adapter tube/flange included in the kit of a Blitz BOV. I'm looking for the part you have to weld onto the I/C piping, then you bolt the BOV to it. Does the length of this tube matter?

As far as I know, only the kits that are made for specific cars come with the flange in each kit. For the universal bovs, you're going to have to get the flange kit separately from the bov, at least it's this way with the Greddy BOVs.
